Where are ZigZagZurich products manufactured?
All our textiles are designed in Switzerland and manufactured in Europe. We work closely with master weavers and traditional mills in Italy and across Europe to ensure the highest artisanal quality and ethical production standards.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer worldwide shipping via premium carriers. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days within Europe and 5-10 business days for international orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
How should I care for my wool blankets and linens?
To preserve the longevity of our natural fibers, we recommend dry cleaning for wool and mohair blankets. For our linens and cotton bedding, a gentle machine wash at 40°C with mild detergent is recommended. Avoid tumble drying to maintain fabric integrity.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition. Please note that custom-made items or cut-to-length fabrics cannot be returned.
Are your textiles sustainable and certified?
Yes, sustainability is at our core. Many of our products are OEKO-TEX® certified, ensuring they are free from harmful chemicals. We prioritize natural fibers and small-batch production to minimize environmental impact.
